Support
If eating has
stopped being simple.
Eating disorders are common, treatable, and not something anyone has to sort out alone. Asking early is easier than asking late.
The organisations below offer free, confidential support — to people struggling and to the people who care about them. Current helpline numbers and opening hours are on their own sites, which is where they are kept up to date.
If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number now rather than waiting for a helpline to open.
